The hotel is perfectly located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from town. We appreciated the convenience of having an Aldi supermarket right next door. The reception staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of coffees to satisfy all tastes. We loved the smoking areas both inside and outside the hotel, allowing us to relax with a cup of coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting all our needs.

Our visit to Comfort Hotel Bernau with all our children under 10 years was delightful. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The children had a blast exploring the nearby park, which the guest house kindly provided bikes for. It was a great way for our family to enjoy quality time together, and the kids absolutely loved it.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had a small play area or kids' corner.

Plus, there is free off-street parking available. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

The cigarette smoke throughout the hotel was overwhelming and uncomfortable. It was especially strong near the dining area and in the hallways near the exit.
